Sheila Wasnie Haverkamp, Executive Director
Sheila Wasnie Haverkamp joined BLADC in 1987. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of BLADC’s operations as well as the implementation of policies and strategies set by the BLADC board of directors. She also works directly with businesses, assisting them in start up or expansions, site selection, business planning, and loan packaging. Sheila has a B.S. degree in Business Administration with concentrations in finance, management, and marketing.

Elissa Rogers, Economic Development Specialist
Elissa joined BLADC in 2007. She has a bachelor's degree in marketing and an MBA from Northern Arizona University. Her experience includes small business management and community development. Elissa’s primary responsibilities include assisting local businesses in start up or expansions, including site selection, business planning, and loan packaging. |

Jeannie Bridgeman, Office Manager
Jeannie joined BLADC in the spring of 2006. With a BS in accounting and years of marketing expertise, Jeannie oversees BLADC’s information and office management needs and assists BLADC staff in providing economic development services to business owners. |
