Eligible Businesses	Established Manufacturing, Service Companies, Media and Communications, Distribution, and Agriculture
Ineligible Businesses	Real Estate, Banking, or start up companies
Other Criteria	Businesses must be located in Minnesota or other areas of the Upper Midwest
